OTWAY ENDURO CLUB REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Otway Enduro Club reserves the right to evict any participant at any stage of the event for non-compliance of these terms, or for non-compliance of any instructions given throughout the event. Under such circumstances, no refund of any fees will be made.
Otway Enduro Club reserves the right to postpone, terminate or cancel the event without notice to the participant. Any refund of entry fees will be made at the discretion of Otway Enduro Club. The participant agrees to make no claim for damages or consequential loss if any of the conditions listed in these terms and conditions are applied by the Otway Enduro Club, it’s committee, agents or contractors.
If you enter a race and we are put into a COVID driven lock-down and either the race can’t go ahead or you can’t make the race. Then you will receive a full refund minus a $20 administration fee.
Any rider requesting a refund must be received in writing via email (send to firstname.lastname@example.org) Your withdrawal request will become effective on the date the notice is received by the Otway Enduro Club.
The following cancellation terms apply:
- If you withdraw more than 14 days prior to the event date a full refund will be supplied minus a $20 administration fee.
- If you cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be given minus a $20 administration fee.
- If you cancel within 7 days prior to the event, NO refund will be given.
Exceptional circumstances may qualify for a full refund for rider withdrawal within 14 days of the event commencing, these include:
- Major injury which prevents you from riding
- Death in the family
- Positive Covid test
Any other reasons will be left at the discretion of the Otway Enduro Club Committee.
